About Us
A new platform with deep roots and a clear mission.
Mission
To provide dignified, community-driven humanitarian and development programs for the most vulnerable — orphans, women, children, and displaced communities — across MENA, South Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
Vision
A world where every person, regardless of conflict, poverty, or displacement, has access to dignity, skills, and self-reliance.
Values
Dignity over charity. Accountability to beneficiaries. Field-driven evidence. Islamic principles of compassion and justice. Inclusive of all faiths and backgrounds.
Our Story
Spring of Dignity International was founded by humanitarian professionals with more than fifteen years of senior field leadership across MENA, East Africa, South Asia, and the Americas.
Across their careers, our founders have helped steward a combined portfolio exceeding $300M in humanitarian funding from donors including USAID, PRM, ECHO, FCDO, GIZ, BMZ, SIDA, DANIDA, and Gulf-based foundations.
Their field experience spans Yemen, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Kenya, Ethiopia, Gaza, Jordan, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and the United States.
SDI was co-founded to create a platform that centers dignity, community ownership, and evidence-based practice — combining the scale of international programming with the roots and trust of communities.
